This service commitment includes the following:
I. Installation Instructions
1. Provide product instructions;
2. The company appointed professional and technical personnel to guide the installation on site until the installation is completed.
1. Assign professional and technical personnel to confirm the installed system and debug according to the prescribed procedures, and record the debugging situation.
2. After the product operation meets the design requirements, the owner's representative will confirm the acceptance after acceptance, and the representatives of both parties will report the commissioning visa.
Third, quality assurance
1. Provide factory quality manual and certificate of conformity.
2. The warranty covers the product itself and other accessories.
3. The warranty includes instructions for installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
4. The warranty period is one year and a half from the date of qualified product commissioning. There is no service charge during the warranty period.
5. Out-of-warranty service is paid lifetime maintenance, and spare parts are provided at cost.
4. Service methods
1. File management of product use data, and timely allocate or supplement parts according to the specifications of each model.
2. Establish a quality service card for daily use of the product, and return visits and inspections on a regular basis, once a quarter to find and resolve possible failures in a timely manner.
3, troubleshooting: fault response period of 2 hours, troubleshooting period of 12 hours, major or special troubleshooting period of 24 hours.
V. Staff training
1. Provide product instruction manual.
2. Conduct on-site training for the operators appointed by the owner, including the use of the product, simple fault judgment and handling, daily use precautions, maintenance and so on.
